How does the Central Bank of Iran Causing Economic Troubles for 20 Million People?

Iranians who have been plundered by the corrupt finantial institutions see the envolvment of the Central Bank in the corruptions
 IRAN, Jun 25, 2017-- There are Daily reports of different protests in Iranian cities by depositors who are plundered by Iranian regime's officials.

For example in the city of Babol, northern Iran, the plundered depositors of the Caspian financial Institution protested the failure by this company to pay its bills, endorsed by the clerical regime's central bank. They gathered in front of its branch in Hamza Kaleh calling for their money to be reimbursed.
Iranian MP Hossein-Ali Haji Doleigani said at least one third of the Iranian people are having problems due to their investments and savings in financial-credit institutes.
“Psychological, spiritual concerns and worries resulting from investing in such institutions, in addition to the investor, causes problems for their families and it appears more than 20 million people are suffering in this regard,” he said.
“Today, we are witnessing rallies and protests by investors who placed their money in Caspian, Alborz, Arman, Thamen and … in various parts of the country. People would place their small investments in such financial institutions, and yet faced fraud or their investments being wasted,” Doleigani added.
