کارگران راه آهن کرج برای در اعتراض به نگرفتن دو ماه حقوق  دست به اعتصاب زدند کارگران راه آهن کرج برای دومین روز به اعتصاب خودشان ادامه دادند. آنها در اعتراض به دریافت نکردن ۲ ماه حقوق شان دست به اعتصاب زدند. روز جمعه ۸ تیر ۹۷ کارگران راه آهن کرج برای دومین روز به اعتصاب خودشان ادامه دادند. آنها در اعتراض به دریافت نکردن ۲ ماه حقوق شان دست به اعتصاب زدند. کارگران راه آهن خواهان پیوستن کارگران نواحی دیگر راه آهن به اعتصاب شدند تا اینکه بتوانند با اتحاد حق و حقوق از دست رفته خود را بگیرند. منطقه تحصن کارگران بشدت تحت کنترل پلیس محلی قرار گرفته بود تا هیچ گونه عکاس و فیلم از محل اعتصاب کارگران راه آهن کرج صورت نگیرد و موضوع رسانه ای نشود. پیشتر روز پنجشنبه ۷ تیر۹۷ نیز کارگران راه آهن کرج به خاطر عدم دریافت ۲ ماه حقوق اعتصاب کردند. کارگران راه آهن  بنرهایی در دست داشتند که بر روی آنها نوشته شده بود: « نان ما کجاست؟ برای خرید نان باید ما پول قرض کنیم خط فقر ۵ میلیون حقوق ما ۱ میلیون »
