Feb. 15, 2018 -The US Permanent Representative to the UN on Wednesday said it is time for Russia to use its influence over the Syrian regime for peace in Syria. Haley told the Security Council that Russia was responsible for lack of adherence to the de-escalation zones and the removal of all chemical weapons from its ally Assad. 'Russia was supposed to guarantee adherence to these de-escalation zones to help the political process.
