Kordloo who is also serving as an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) officer expressed that “police will use its full capacity to maintain security during the Fire Festival.” “We will exert our utmost power to secure the province during the Fire Festival, as we will apply heavy-handed measures against law breakers', and will detain them for the rest of new year’s holiday”, he said.
